To protect your rights as a collector, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before completing your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong><br><strong>Request Procedure<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact Gin Huang Gallery within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving the artwork via email or phone, providing your order details (order number, name, contact number, and reason for return).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that artworks are unique and of high value; <strong>returns or exchanges are only accepted incases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery<\/strong>. Requests based on personal preferences (such as color tone, size, or artistic style) will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong><br><strong>Return &amp; Exchange Conditions<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Returned or exchanged artworks must remain in <strong>original condition<\/strong>, including the artwork itself, certificate of authenticity, frame, outer and inner packaging, protection materials, gifts, and all accompanying documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 <\/strong>Artworks that are <strong>damaged, stained, altered, repaired, framed, or exhibited without<\/strong> <strong>authorization<\/strong> will not be eligible for return or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Limited editions, commissioned works, or items that have completed international<\/strong> <strong>customs clearance<\/strong> are not eligible for return or exchange.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br><strong>Refund Method<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within <strong>7<\/strong> <strong>business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 For credit card payments, the refund will be issued to the <strong>original card<\/strong>; for bank transfer or cash payments, the refund will be <strong>remitted to the collector\u2019s designated bank account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 If only part of an order is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the actual returned items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong><br><strong>Important Notes<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 <\/strong>Please <strong>inspect the artwork and packaging upon delivery<\/strong>. If damage is found, photograph it immediately and contact the gallery.
